After meeting with numerous molding and millwork contractors and visiting various projects each had completed I really felt the most comfortable with and confident in Jason and Fanatic Finish to perform the work in my new home. Unfortunately, however, I found it difficult to justify the higher cost of Jason's services as compared to some of the other quotes I had received so I made the decision to hire a much lower priced contractor thinking I would get the same service for less.

To my dismay, it soon became clear that there was a BIG difference in the level of service and professionalism between who I had hired and Fanatic Finish. Not only was my project taking twice as long as anticipated, but it was plagued with delays, no shows, extra charges, drug use, drinking, arguments and even theft!

The stress and loss of time and money that occurred as a result put me in the position of having to literally throw this 'low priced' contractor out of my home. So I wound up right back where I started, wanting to hire Jason and the Fanatic Finish team to come in and complete my project.

It had been almost 6 months since Jason and I last spoke so I called him to explain my situation and to see if he'd be willing to complete the remaining stages of the project.

Fortunately Jason understood my situation and explained that he had seen it happen all too often to other homeowners who had taken the bait of the low price. He didn't gloat or try to make me feel bad about my circumstance and was very professional about it. We scheduled a meeting to review the remaining work and quickly worked out a game plan and price to get the job done right.

Once started, Jason and his team worked straight through until the project was complete and didn't charge me a penny more than the price we agreed upon. The end result is that I wound up wasting a lot of time and subsequently spending a lot more money to complete my project than if I had hired Fanatic Finish to do it in the first place.
