Panel

The ‘Panel’ refers to the area of the wainscot inside of each frame. Panels will vary in width for each project based on the length of each wall section and the amount of panels to be used on each. The number of panels used on each wall section is fully customizable to suit each application and to meet the desires of each client.

The panel height is typically consistent throughout each project although exceptions do apply. Height of the panels is determined by the desired finished height of the wainscoting treatment.

There are three (3) standard panel options:

1. Raised Panel
3/4" Thick panel with an edge profile that increases or 'raises' in thickness as it gets closer to the center of the panel (see 'Panel Profiles' category for examples)

2. Flat Panel
1/4" Thick smooth panel with no edge profile

3. Bead Board Panel
1/4" Thick 'beaded' panel with no edge profile (see 'Bead Board Panel' wainscoting category for examples)
